Essentially he was saying... if I did all the work, he'd give me half of all the money I made... how generous of him. (sarcasm) Why would I do that? He's nuts.

 

If you know anything about real estate investing, you know what he's asking is a complete pipe dream... right? Nobody is going to do the work for you and then give you half the profit... right?

 

Well... before I came up with this program, I would have said the same thing... he's dreaming.

 

But now with my new program... everything has changed. What he, in his naïveté, was asking me to do, is now ACTUALLY POSSIBLE.

The other problem is, not everyone who wants to do it, will qualify. You must have a credit score of 680 or more and enough money for a down payment for one house to make this work. And by the way... you'll get that entire down payment back in less than two weeks after each closing.

These houses will have Lease Option buyers already in place who are willing to pay the entire mortgage amount so you don't have to worry about monthly payments.
