Essentially he was saying... if I did all the work, he'd give me
half of all the money I made... how generous of
him. (sarcasm) Why would I do that? He's nuts.
If you know anything about real estate investing, you know what
he's asking is a complete pipe dream... right? Nobody is going
to do the work for you and then give you half the profit...
right?
Well... before I came up with this program, I would have said
the same thing... he's dreaming.
But now with my new

everything has changed. What he, in his naïveté, was
asking me to do, is now ACTUALLY

will be able to go back to the builder and renegotiate. I can't
guarantee anything... and I may not pull it off for months and
months... but after we do this first set of 100 houses, I'm
going to try and do it again.

The other problem is, not everyone
who wants to do it, will qualify. You must have a credit score of 680
or more and enough money for a down payment for one
